  • Who is the intended audience of this site?
    This site is for anybody who is looking for a job and for those who need help filling in open positions. Business owners will benefit from using tools that will help manage their businesses.
  • Do I have to create an account in order to use this site?
    No. If you are here just to search for a job or would like to find local businesses, contractors or tradesmen, you don’t have to register.
  • What is included in the online subscription?
    JobGetsDone subscription includes: Full use of the features of the particular online service, automatic upgrades to the latest version at no extra cost, secure storage of your data, and product support (email only) at no extra cost. You can add optional online services at any time for an additional monthly fee.
  • Is there a JobGetsDone trial that I can start off with?

  • Is mobile access included with my subscription?
    Yes! Mobile access is included with your online subscription at no additional cost. Data access is subject to cellular provider network availability and occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance and events beyond your control.
  • Does JobGetsDone back up my data?
    Yes. In addition to always maintaining two copies of your data, JobGetsDone automatically backs up your updated data every day. It's stored on firewall protected, redundant servers so your data is safe from hardware and software failures, hackers and viruses. Because we update your records with every change, we cannot restore your file to a previous point in time.
  • How safe is it to send my data over the Internet?
    JobGetsDone uses the same technology used by online banks and brokerages to transmit your private data over the Internet. JobGetsDone uses SSL certificate to protect online transactions with the highest strength encryption.
  • I just made a payment for online service but it is not available yet. What should I do?
    If you purchased online service or made a payment for one or more expired services, they will be available next time you sign in. Please sign out and sing in again.
  • How to accept payments online?
    First, you need to setup your Profile merchant account. Then, simply email your customers a link to a live invoice, and it will show the most up-to-date details including a Pay Now button for accepting payments.
